For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

- Identification of the infringing material: Identify the material that you claim is infringing and that you want removed or access to which you want disabled, and provide sufficient information to allow us to locate the material. Please provide the complete URL(s) of the page(s) containing the alleged infringing content.
- Your contact information: Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you regarding your complaint.
- A statement of good faith: Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted materials described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
- A statement of accuracy: Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

Where to Send DMCA Notices
Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent:
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims. If you are not sure whether certain material infringes your copyrights, we suggest consulting an attorney before filing a notification.
Response Process
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, we will take the following steps:
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 24-48 business hours.
- Review: We will review the complaint for completeness and validity to ensure it meets the requirements of the DMCA.
- Action: If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly, typically within 2-5 business days of validation.
- Notification: We will notify the content provider, member, or user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to the content, along with a copy of the takedown notice.

- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled (include the URL)
